My career in hospitality started at the age 16 in a local Italian restaurant where I worked part time. I loved cooking in the kitchen and quickly quit college and joined the full-time workforce. 25 years later, my passion for food, cooking, hospitality and hard work ethic has taken me from piles of veg prep to team management to setting up restaurants and everything else in between. When I met my husband, my life took on a new course and in 2005 we decided to head to the beautiful mountains for seasonal chalet work. After gaining experience, we set up our own chalet business in 2013. Our company has earned consistently excellent reviews, this isn’t a boast but more testament to having a great team, believing in our product and working hard.
Now at the next turn in our lives I see an opportunity to bring my experience to the incredible team here at One Tree at a Time and to make a real contribution in effecting positive, necessary change to the winter sports holiday industry.
