All our shipping is delivered in RePack packaging to make it as eco-friendly as possible.

Due to our size and not for profit nature all our delivery costs have to be passed on to you, the consumer.

Collection if free If you’re local to the Three Valleys and you’d like to collect your items, please select the ‘click and collect’ option at the checkout and our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient to collect the Fixit shop in Bozel.

RETURNS

Our goal is to sell clothing with the lowest carbon footprint possible.

While we hope you’ll love your new purchase we understand that they might not always be the perfect fit. If this is the case, we’d love it if you could find someone local to sell the items to, in order to reduce the emissions created through clothing returns.

If you would like to return the item, however, please do so within 30 days of purchase.
